Campaign Period: 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025

How to Receive a Voucher

1. Free coffee vouchers are distributed at the discretion of Bunbury Forum Shopping Centre as a surprise and delight gift to customers.
2. No purchase is required to receive a voucher.
3. Vouchers are available while stocks last (limited to 5,000 vouchers for the entire campaign period).
4. Vouchers are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Voucher Details

1. Each voucher has a maximum value of $5.
2. Vouchers can only be redeemed at the following participating retailers within Bunbury Forum Shopping Centre:
   • Morning Morning Cafe
   • Bakers Delight
   • Boost Juice
   • Birdcage Cafe
   • Dome Cafe
3. Each voucher displays an expiry date which must be adhered to.
4. Vouchers must be redeemed before the expiry date printed on the voucher.
5. The specific items and value limits covered by each voucher vary by retailer. Customers should check with the individual retailer for their specific voucher acceptance terms.

General Terms and Conditions

1. Bunbury Forum Shopping Centre is not responsible for any refusal to accept vouchers or variances in voucher acceptance by participating retailers. The liability for voucher acceptance sits solely with the individual retailers.
2. Each participating retailer reserves the right to determine their own voucher usage limits and restrictions.
3. We recommend customers use only one voucher per transaction, however, this is at the discretion of each individual retailer.
4. Vouchers are not transferable, refundable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
5. Vouchers must be presented in their original physical form and cannot be photocopied or duplicated.
6. Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers will not be replaced.
7. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless specified by the individual retailer.

Promoter Rights and Limitations

1. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the campaign at any time without prior notice.
2. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of voucher usage and to investigate any suspected fraudulent activity.
3. If vouchers become unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute with items of similar value, subject to availability.
4. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any issues arising from voucher redemption at participating retailers.

Liability

1. The Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the distribution, use, or redemption of vouchers, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
2. The warranty and quality of goods and services obtained using vouchers remains the sole responsibility of the participating retailer.
